- Agency Ad Accounts: We provide access to whitelisted agency advertising infrastructure. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their advertising campaigns, creatives, and landing pages comply with the respective platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Google).
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Digital Products: Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of downloadable files (PDFs, templates, guides), all digital sales are strictly final and non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
- Agency Accounts & Top-ups: Advertising account setup fees are non-refundable. Remaining ad spend balances are protected and can be reallocated to replacement accounts in the event of platform-level infrastructure interruptions, subject to policy compliance.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our assets or accounts to promote illegal goods, counterfeit products, deceptive practices, or any content that violates intellectual property or the advertising standards of Meta, TikTok, or Google. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of account access without a refund.
